If you’re working in Personal Lines in a role which involves working with customers over the telephone and via email and want to move into commercial insurance, this role could be the perfect next step. You’ll be part of a team handling e-trade SME package policies, covering property owners, shops, offices, trades, and mini fleets, with premiums typically up to £5,000. It’s not a development executive position. The focus is on learning and building your commercial expertise over time.
We’re looking for someone with e-trade or personal lines experience who’s ready to develop further. During probation, you’ll be in the office full-time for hands-on training. After that, it shifts to three days a week. Wednesday and Thursday are fixed, and you can choose either Monday or Friday for the third day.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage renewals, sell and service package policies, and build strong relationships with SME clients over the telephone and via email, following up clients who have processed quotes online. If you’re proactive, good with people, and keen to grow your career in commercial insurance, this could be the right move for you.
