The primary focus of this role is to manage your own caseload and support more experienced lawyers with their complex, high-value cases.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Ideally, prior experience in property damage and recoveries work, dealing with issues related to quantum, coverage, liability, and case strategy.
- Alternatively, candidates with a background in litigation interested in retraining into this area will be considered, provided they have litigated cases and a good understanding of CPR.
