Role Overview
You will join a well-established housing disrepair team providing legal advice to clients in respect of housing condition claims and housing management.

Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a housing disrepair solicitor with the following characteristics:

• Successful candidates must have a strong understanding of Property/Social housing law.
• Must be able to keep up with legislative changes.
• Act on behalf of landlords during pre-action housing condition claims.
• Contribute to business development strategies.
• Must be organised and work to deadlines.
• Experience representing clients in County Court hearings, from application to trial.
