In joining this firm as an employment solicitor, you will become part of an established top 100 practice with a strong presence in the London market. On offer is the chance to join a team offering a mixture of contentious and non-contentious matters.
The work undertaken is diverse and includes advising on:

Breach of restrictive covenants.

Duty of fidelity and fiduciary duty issues arising on team moves in various industry sectors.

Advice on TUPE, restructuring, redundancies, discrimination, disciplinaries, dismissals and grievances.

Corporate support work.
-
Advising both employers and employees (mostly senior executives) in relation to unfair and wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages and discrimination claims.

Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in employment work. Ideally you will have experience of contentious and non-contentious work.

Willing to get involved in marketing and business development of the department.

Excellent communication skills.

Experienced in running own files (you will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload).
