Well established 'mid tier' commercial property team in Sheffield are looking to appoint an additional solicitor to assist with a growing case load. This team act on behalf of OMB's and SME's as well as some national accounts. The case load will be varied and cover acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant and some financing issues.
Candidates who are 3-5 years pqe are of most interest. You will benefit from close client contact at an early stage. Legal 500 team offering career progression and a work/life balance. Competitive package.
