We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm located in the heart of Hull. They are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial transactions and records. You will collaborate with various departments and contribute to maintaining the firm\’s financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
