The business has experienced strong growth, with GWP doubling over the past 7 years, driving continued expansion across the underwriting teams.
The underwriting approach is focused on disciplined risk selection, supporting strong renewal retention and a stable, high-quality portfolio. This is an open market, broker-traded role, working with both national and independent brokers.
