Overview: IPS Group is partnering with a well‑established global specialty insurer that’s looking to add a Delegated Claims Analyst to its Manchester‑based team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delegated claims arrangements across the business.
- Work alongside the Claims Delegated Authority Manager to maintain strong governance, good conduct outcomes and effective delegated authority practices.
- Ensure delegated claims partners deliver a high‑quality service and operate in line with regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s standards.
- Onboard new and existing delegated claims partners and help draft and maintain delegated authority agreements.
- Monitor performance and produce regular reports, support claims audits, and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Help oversee delegated claims loss funds, contribute to system maintenance, process improvements and wider project work.
Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit someone with insurance market experience and exposure to claims or delegated authorities, or someone keen to develop their skills in this area.
