The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will take ownership of an allocated broker portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships. You will be responsible for driving both retention and growth, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly volume and case targets. The role includes:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Onboarding new brokers with a seamless approach
- Promoting the full range of products through confident, value-driven engagement
You will develop and implement strategic business plans to maximise portfolio performance, focusing on increasing market penetration, profitability, and sustainable growth.
