A well-established and growing claimant-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive or Solicitor to join its Manchester-based team on a hybrid working basis. This role offers a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing a caseload of Credit Hire and RTA matters from pre-litigation through to the full litigation process. You will support clients throughout their claims, utilising a bespoke case management system to progress files efficiently and achieve successful outcomes through negotiation or trial. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

  • Years' PQE or equivalent experience handling Credit Hire and RTA litigation matters
  • Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of the litigation process from pre-action to trial
  • Excellent client care, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong drafting skills
  • Effective organisational and time-management skills
