IPS is supporting a leading provider of claims services in their search for a Head of Claims Solutions. This is a senior operational role responsible for the end-to-end performance of property and motor claims, and the broader claims function. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on improving delivery, resolving operational challenges early, and continuously raising standards across the claims operation. The role exists to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients while meeting business and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee performance across multiple areas including customer service, claims cost management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement by reviewing processes, systems, and workflows to ensure the operation remains effective and scalable.
