IPS is working with a Global Insurer that is building a new Claims team in Leeds to support its London office. The Leeds team will oversee day-to-day claims activity and handle high-volume, lower-value claims within the London market.
Responsibilities
- Focus on a single line of business while being cross‑trained across others.
- Full case handling, including investigations, quantum assessment and supporting London Adjusters where needed.
- Manage causelist of around 500 claims per Adjuster covering matters such as RTAs, marine cargo incidents, renewables, PI, BI and broader international losses.
- Attend London initially for 3–4 days for orientation, with ongoing ad‑hoc visits thereafter.
- Work predominantly in office with one day working from home.
Qualifications
- Transferable background is welcome, including claims handlers from insurers or brokers.
- Ability to handle high‑volume, lower‑value claims.
- Interest in gaining exposure to international markets and developing within a global insurer.
