We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation providing mental health and wellbeing services to the education sector, working with schools, colleges, and universities. This is a pure B2B new business role, focused on selling to senior decision-makers including Heads of Student Services, Directors, and Principals. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, securing meetings, and winning new partnerships across your territory. The role is consultative rather than transactional, requiring a professional and relationship-led approach. There is no account management or renewals, allowing you to focus entirely on new business development.
