Client Executive - Life Sciences (Full Training Provided)
A rare opportunity to join a specialist insurance brokerage and develop expertise within the growing Life Sciences sector.
Life Sciences experience is not required. The business is far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn. This opportunity is focused on potential rather than previous Life Sciences experience, making it an excellent move for somebody looking to build a specialist career within insurance.
Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience in insurance, healthcare, the NHS, financial services or other professional office-based environments. Previous Life Sciences experience is not required. The business is looking for someone with strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ambition to develop specialist expertise within a growing sector.
Based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, you'll work alongside experienced specialists supporting clients with a range of insurance requirements, including Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Clinical Trials and wider commercial insurance programmes.
The role will involve managing client relationships, handling renewals, supporting new business enquiries, negotiating with insurers and helping clients navigate complex and often unique risks. You'll gain exposure to a fascinating sector, working with businesses at the forefront of healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and clinical research.
This is a fully office-based position, 5 days in the office, reflecting the firm's commitment to collaboration, mentoring and hands-on development. Working closely with experienced colleagues will provide the strongest platform for learning and long-term career progression within a highly specialised area of insurance.

Life Sciences experience is not required. Full training will be provided. Office based experience is essential.
