An excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established, high-quality claims management business with a strong reputation across the UK insurance market. This is a home-based role within a growing claims and risk management organisation with over 30 years’ experience, operating nationally and delivering high-quality domestic and commercial claims solutions across Property, Subsidence, Liability, TPA and High Net Worth.
You’ll take ownership of several key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact while working closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence, retention and account growth.

The Role
- Retain, develop and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Build long-term, strategic partnerships through a deep understanding of client needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, attending regular review meetings and managing day-to-day queries
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
- Implement client requests and service changes accurately and efficiently
- Act as an escalation point for internal teams on client-related matters
- Manage, analyse and report on client data, including revenue and profitability
- Work closely with business development to identify and support new opportunities
- Travel regularly across the UK to meet with existing and prospective clients
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in an Account Manager role, ideally within claims management or insurance
- Background in a B2B environment with a strong track record of client retention
- Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships at all levels
- Confident communicator with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with performance and commercial data
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Confident IT user with experience of CRM systems
