Senior Project Manager Leeds, Hybrid Working Salary Circa £70,000 + Bonus Benefits IPS Group are working with a Global Insurance Company looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into its established Change function. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can lead complex business change initiatives across the organisation whilst working closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive and Board-level individuals. The role will involve taking ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, managing governance, steering committees, budgets, third-party suppliers and key stakeholder relationships throughout. The project portfolio is broad, with exposure across underwriting, claims, product development, automation and wider operational change initiatives. You'll typically be managing 4-5 projects at any one time, ranging from short-term improvements through to larger strategic programmes. The team also supports a number of different business units, including insurance, legal and tax, providing varied exposure across the wider group.
