Opportunity for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to take on a Branch Director position at an independent brokerage based in Warwickshire. Due to the current MD looking to take a step back and eventually retire in around 5 years time, my client seeks an experienced Commercial Account Executive who has ambitions to become an MD / Branch Director. The MD will drip feed you his clients, eventually handing his whole book over to you to service alongside running the business. Initially youll receive c£100,000 of income to service, youll also be involved in senior level decisions, P&L and other areas of running the business. The ideal candidate will currently work at a commercial insurance brokerage and will have ambitions to move into a senior Director level position. In a perfect world you\’ll be ACII or DIP CII qualified, however this isn\’t essential and experience will always be just as good as qualifications for the right candidate.
