A well-established, family-owned independent insurance broker is looking to appoint a Broking Team Leader to support the continued growth and development of its Coventry branch. This opportunity would suit an experienced Commercial Account Broker, Senior Account Handler or existing Team Leader who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to play a key role in the leadership of a successful and growing business. The Opportunity This is not a pure management position. The role combines ownership of a quality commercial client portfolio with responsibility for supporting and developing the broking team. You'll become a key member of the branch leadership structure, working closely with the Branch Manager and helping drive performance, service standards and team development. The majority of your time will remain client-focused, managing and servicing a varied commercial portfolio, whilst also mentoring colleagues and assisting with the day-to-day running of the broking function.
