The Role
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients.
- Act as a senior point of contact, providing accounts, tax and broader commercial advice.
- Review and oversee accounts and tax work, ensuring high standards of technical delivery.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
- Support and develop junior and qualified members of the team.
- Take an active role in the growth and development of the practice.
- Play a key role in shaping the continued development of an independent, owner-led firm.
The Person
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with strong post-qualification experience.
- Experienced within an accountancy practice and comfortable dealing directly with clients.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation.
- Commercially minded with the confidence to advise owner-managed businesses.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience or the ambition to take on greater responsibility. xgikmsk
