Personal Lines Team Leader Are you an experienced Personal Lines leader looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence team performance, customer outcomes and business success? We're partnering with a well-established and growing insurance business that is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Lines Team Leader to oversee a large team of Personal Lines professionals across two UK locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation where you'll play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, operational performance and employee development, whilst working closely with senior leadership on key strategic initiatives. The role is to work from Sheffield but with some travel to the South Coast, operating on a hybrid basis with two days per week in the office. As the team is spread across both locations, regular travel between offices will be required, with travel expenses covered.
