This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most respected underwriting teams in the Care market, focusing exclusively on new business generation across the Care and Charity sectors. Working within a high-performing team of experienced underwriters, you'll be responsible for assessing and underwriting new business opportunities, building broker relationships and helping to drive growth across an established and profitable portfolio. The team specialises in a broad range of Care and Charity risks, including care homes, vulnerable adult services, children's care providers, social welfare organisations and specialist charity insurance programmes. With a strong reputation in the market and long-standing broker relationships, you'll benefit from a healthy flow of opportunities while having the autonomy to make commercial underwriting decisions and develop your own broker network.
