IPS Group is partnering with a highly respected global insurer to recruit a Property & Casualty Underwriter or Senior Underwriter to join its Manchester team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious underwriter looking to step up, or an established Senior Underwriter seeking greater autonomy, broker engagement and influence over business growth.
This is a genuinely broker-facing role, focused on winning and retaining profitable new business across the mid-market P&C space. You'll join a business that combines market-leading underwriting expertise with a culture that empowers individuals to make decisions, develop relationships and build a profitable portfolio.
The Opportunity:
You'll inherit strong broker relationships whilst identifying new opportunities across the region, working closely with brokers to understand their clients and deliver tailored underwriting solutions.
