Interim Financial Director

A leading privately owned business based in Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Director on an interim-to-permanent basis. This is a pivotal leadership role within a high-performing, service-driven organisation that delivers contracted services to a portfolio of blue-chip commercial clients across the UK. As part of the senior leadership team, the Financial Director will play a key role in steering the companys financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management, and driving commercial insight through contract pricing and performance analysis. This is a hands-on position, managing and mentoring a Financial Controller and wider finance team, while also working closely with commercial teams to support profitability and growth.
