A Blue-Chip Organisation that works within the insurance industry is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to develop and maintain sales through broker channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a BDM / Sales Manager wanting to deal with more commercial clients at a larger scale. About the Role: The Broker Relationship/Sales Manager will focus on account profitability as well as GWP and will take a strategic view of all channels rather than a one-dimensional sales approach. This role will be predominantly about managing and maximising accounts rather than generating new channels. Some Key Responsibilities : Strive to achieve and exceed monthly volume and case count goals while upholding the minimum requirements for fieldwork. To create and carry out a business plan to achieve the assigned portfolio\’s growth, and profitability. Maintain long-term relationships and retention with brokers by using your expertise and the tools available. Required Skills: A thorough knowledge of the South West broker market is essential for this position; ideally with a previous focus on Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance products.
