This is a key regional hire, playing a visible role in driving new business and strengthening broker relationships across a growing portfolio. This is a trading-focused underwriting role with a strong emphasis on new business generation. You’ll build and develop broker relationships, identify opportunities, and take a proactive approach to winning and growing accounts across both open market and e-trade platforms. The role is highly market-facing, involving regular broker engagement, negotiation, and trading conversations, while also supporting wider regional growth initiatives. You’ll act as a referral point internally, providing technical input and helping support both retention and profitable growth.
