The opportunities are available across York, Bristol, Belfast and Glasgow. Due to continued growth, ongoing investment within the underwriting function and a number of internal promotions, the business is looking to strengthen its underwriting team with several new hires. The role will involve underwriting SME and Mid-Market commercial risks, supporting new business, renewals and MTAs. You'll work closely with brokers and agency partners, combining technical underwriting with relationship management and trading activity. You'll gain exposure across a broad range of business including Commercial Combined, Farm Agriculture and Motor Trade, whilst also working across sectors such as manufacturing, retail and wider commercial markets.
