This is a hands-on FD role, working closely with the owners and senior management team to provide both strong financial leadership and commercial input. The successful candidate will be comfortable getting into the detail while also taking a strategic view of the business and helping shape its future direction.
Key responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the finance function, ensuring strong financial control and reporting.
- Provide commercial insight to support business performance, profitability and growth.
- Work closely with the owners and senior management team on strategic decision-making.
