This role requires an experienced, capable full end to end payroll professional with previous experience in an accountancy practice. The role is based East of Leeds and there are flexible working arrangements on offer.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process multiple frequency payrolls on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
- PAYE, NI and RTI submissions and liaison with HMRC
- Undertake pensions and auto enrolment
- Deal with starters/leavers P45/P46 & P60s and PAYE
- Deal with SSP/SMP/SPP
- Deal with maternity/paternity leave calculations, statutory payments/deductions
- Process payments to employees, pension providers
- Prepare and submit monthly/annual HMRC returns
- Deal with payroll enquiries in an effective manner and provision of payroll reports upgrades
