We are looking for a commercially focused Financial Director ready to drive financial performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for an operationally-minded finance leader to join the senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

The role is with a growing manufacturing business known for quality, innovation, and operational excellence. As they continue to scale they are seeking a hands-on Financial Director to lead financial strategy, support decision-making, and improve forecasting and budgeting processes across the company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve understanding of financial results
  • Deliver insightful analysis to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability
  • Lead continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting (SAP environment)
  • Ensure robust financial controls and compliance
  • Support strategic decision-making at board level

  • A proven Financial Director or senior finance leader with strong operational experience
  • Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG preferred
  • Expert in budgeting, forecasting, and financial business partnering
