Equity Partner opportunity for an ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with extensive accountancy experience gained within public practice. Are you a Senior Manager or Partner looking for an equity opportunity within a truly independent firm of Chartered accountants? The Equity Partner role will involve looking after a full SME portfolio, taking on an existing portfolio of clients from a retiring Partner. This is a varied role that incorporates strategic, technical and managerial duties. The successful candidate will offer a full range of accountancy and tax services and will become a true business advisor to a range of clients. If you are a Senior Manager or Partner with strong business acumen, communication and management skills together with a broad technical background then this role could be an ideal challenge. The successful accountant will have qualified within a public practice environment working with a varied portfolio of SMEs. You will be capable of training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations, as well as ensuring the profitability of the firm.
