The Key Account Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the coordination and ongoing improvement of product and operational master data for IPSA's key accounts.
Responsibilities include overseeing product label updates, component and finished goods setup, routing maintenance, and system accuracy across ERP and operational platforms, as well as customer forms/documentation requests. Working collaboratively with operations, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams, the role supports customer‑specific operational requirements and key account vendor systems, and contributes to packaging optimization initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Coordination and management for key account and product specifications/requirements
- Creation and maintenance of component parts in systems (e.g., JD Edwards E1)
- Own finished product master data and hierarchy setup process and maintenance
- Own routing setup and maintenance process
- Operational coordination for key account vendor systems and requirements
- Management of bespoke customer operational requirements
- Lead packaging optimization initiatives including recycled packaging as needed by customers and for operational efficiencies
- Other duties as assigned
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience within an industrial environment
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced production setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across cross‑functional teams
- Ability to interpret process data, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
- Practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies is a strong plus
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience supporting or leading change management initiatives
- Background in regulated industries such as chemical manufacturing
- Competence in ERP/MES systems such as JD Edwards (E1)
- Project management qualification is an advantage
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment capability, workflow optimisation, and scale‑up principles
