Role and Location
Reporting to the European Sales Director, this is a critical growth development role in a region identified as core to the company strategy in Europe. The successful candidate will have autonomy to shape and drive the regional strategy to achieve growth objectives. The role is home office based in the UK, Italy or Spain.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current routes to market to position the business for growth objectives.
- Develop regional growth plans with key channel partners.
- Proactively drive the opportunities pipeline with key channel partners.
- Develop relationships with key stone fabricators to ensure Integra products are approved.
- Identify and develop strategic cooperation opportunities in the region.
- Identify the full value chain in the Kitchen/Joinery industries to position and develop group product opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product development to support regional growth objectives.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date opportunities pipeline at end-user level.
- Ensure reporting and deadlines are met with high quality standards.
Education and Experience
- Exceptional channel management skills in technical/industrial distribution environments.
- Experience of technical sales into kitchen or related markets is advantageous.
- Adhesive background would be beneficial.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- European travel experience preferred.
- Fluent English, Italian and Spanish (CEFR Level C1) in spoken and written form.
- Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and methodical work approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
