The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service.
Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum
Position: Permanent/full time 40 hours per week/Monday-Friday
Location: Remote working within the UK

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the service referral protocols.
- Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.
- Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI's including session numbers and manage staff utilisation.
- Carry out mental health duty cover supporting with general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation.
- Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
- As a Senior CBT Therapist you will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing.
- You will possess excellent time management skills to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment and be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.
Qualifications:
- Have a professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
- Hold full BABCP accreditation.
Experience:
- Have a minimum of three years mental health experience in both virtual and face-to-face treatment in public or private healthcare.
- Have previous experience of supervision or management of a small team.
Knowledge:
- You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Skills:
- Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients.
- Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise.
- Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.
