The successful applicant will be based in the UK and working fully remotely. Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health team.
Responsibilities
Adhere to the service referral protocols; under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.
Carry out case management supervision, supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI\âs, including session numbers, and manage staff utilisation.
Carry out mental health duty cover, supporting with general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation.
Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
Education and Qualifications
Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (E)
Minimum 3 years qualified as a CBT Therapist (E)
Minimum 3 years CBT experience through both virtual and faceâtoâface treatment and assessment (E)
Full BABCP accreditation having had first audit with the BABCP (E)
Evidence of continuing professional development (E)
Core profession in mental health (RMN, OT, Social worker) (D)
Experience & Knowledge
Experience in the Corporate Market (D)
Experience of the Occupational Health and Healthcare Insurance Markets (D)
Previous experience working in public and private healthcare (E)
Computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills (D)
Previous experience of managing a team (D)
Experience of working remotely (D)
Skills
Ability to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Effectively problemâsolve and prioritise.
Communicate effectively and timeâmanage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.
Position Details
Salary: ÂŁ46,000 â ÂŁ52,000 per annum
Position: Permanent/full time, 40 hours per week, MondayâFriday
Location: Remote working within the UK
