Overview

We are looking for a Senior CBT Therapist to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of therapists to deliver the service.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the service referral protocols. Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.
  • Carry out case management supervision supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPI\'s including session numbers and manage staff utilisation.
  • Carry out mental health duty cover supporting with general queries, clinical report checks and risk escalation.
  • Take part in clinical audits for the team and feed back into case management.
  • Be a team player, communicate effectively with internal and external customers verbally and in writing, time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment and be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:

Qualifications

  • Have a professional qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Hold full BABCP accreditation

Experience

  • Have a minimum of three years mental health experience in both virtual and face to face and virtual treatment in public or private healthcare.
  • Have previous experience of supervision or management of a small team.

Knowledge

  • You will be computer literate with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Skills

  • Importantly you will be able to work with your team to achieve the best outcomes for your patients. Be able to effectively problem solve and prioritise. Communicate effectively and be able to effectively time manage to meet agreed deadlines in a demanding environment.

Salary

£46,000 - £50,000 per annum

Position

Permanent/full time 40 hours per week / Monday-Friday
