We are looking for a Mental Health Network Clinical Operations Manager to join our existing team. The successful applicant will manage the operational delivery and governance of Mental Health services provided via the Mental Health Network of self-employed Network Practitioners, as well as supporting a small team of case managers to deliver the service.
The successful applicant will be based in the UK and working fully remotely.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Mental Health management team to ensure that service KPIs are met.
- Provide line management and case management supervision to Mental Health Network Case Managers.
- Collaborate with the MH Service Delivery Manager and Clinical Lead to develop and implement new initiatives to ensure that IPRS continues to be at the forefront of Mental Health delivery.
- Work with the Mental Health Supply Chain Manager to ensure that there are sufficient Network Practitioners to deliver contracted levels of service delivery, ensuring that SLAs are maintained.
- Act as a point of escalation for clinical and administrative queries from MH Network Case Managers and Network Practitioners, including performing reviews of complex cases and managing risk & safeguarding concerns in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the Quality & Governance Team to ensure that policies and procedures are in place to ensure robust governance over MH Network activities, including the onboarding of new practitioners.
- Lead on complaint investigations involving Network Practitioners.
