We are looking for a Mental Health Network Case Manager to join our existing team. The successful applicant will hold a clinical caseload providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems as well as supporting a small team of senior therapists to deliver the service. The successful applicant will be based in the UK and working fully remotely. Your success will contribute to the continued growth of the mental health team. We are looking for our new Mental Health Network Case Manager to be a team player and to be motivated to contribute to helping thousands each year.

Responsibilities

  • The successful applicant will provide clinical case management to Mental Health Network Practitioners.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Carry out case management supervision supporting Network Practitioners to deliver treatment in line with Network KPIs.
  • Make appropriate recommendations around clinical case management in terms of treatment and onwards referral as required on a case-by-case basis.
  • Respond to clinical queries from Network Practitioners and patients, and conduct case reviews with Network Practitioners.
  • Ensure that any recommendations for further treatment, onward referrals or clinical investigations are reasonable using clinical reasoning, clinical experience/knowledge and current evidence.
  • Liaise with IPRS Health clinicians and network clinics to gather sufficient information on a patient’s progress to enable case management decisions to be made.
  • Ensure that Network Practitioners are following company policies and procedures in the conduct of their work and provide guidance on questions of policy and procedure.
