We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients - playing a vital role in their recovery journey. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.

As an Office Administrator, we are after individuals who are:

Qualifications (any of the following):

  • GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
  • Or, minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)

Experience:

  • Customer service or contact centre experience
  • Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
