We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, playing a vital role in their recovery journey. You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications
- GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
- Or, minimum of 2 years' customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)
Experience
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients
- Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00–18:30, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday mornings (08:00–13:00)
