We are looking for a Governance Co‑ordinator to support the Governance and Quality team through a period of growth.

  • Salary: £27,000–£30,000 pro rata, subject to experience.
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract for up to 6 months.
  • Hours: 6 hours per day Monday‑Friday with flexibility of start/finish times each day.
  • Location: Work from Home / Remote working.

As Governance Co‑ordinator for IPRS Health, you will contribute to a range of routine and ad hoc clinical governance and quality tasks and projects. You will provide effective administrative support for the team workload associated with the requirements of maintaining the organisation's quality and clinical governance obligations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Complete and accurately record governance checks that ensure new and existing physiotherapy providers meet the requirements of the IPRS Health Network Governance Strategy.
  • Contribute to completion of non‑clinical audits.
  • Provide administrative support for the management of the Quality Assurance, Network Governance and Quality Improvement programmes.
  • Administer and collate results from patient satisfaction questionnaires.
  • Support the production of quality and clinical governance reports and dashboards.
  • Book meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Be an integral part of the remote working Governance & Compliance team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

  • 4 GCSE/O Level passes A‑C or equivalent, including English and Maths.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Essential: Working with and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
  • Essential: Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Office365 Suite.
  • Essential: Experience of providing administrative support.
  • Essential: Working effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Desirable: Previous experience of working with governance or audit, ideally in a healthcare environment.
  • Desirable: Compiling PowerPoint presentations based on content provided.

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Accurately record information and track processes.
  • Methodical and organised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with internal and external customers such as providers and patients.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to KPIs and deadlines.
