OverviewIPRS Health have a new vacancy for a Finance Administrato r. This position is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of 6 months and is based at our newly built offices in Claydon, Suffolk IP6 0FU.

Responsibilities

Authorisation of purchase invoices received from our Network of clinical providers.

Communication with IPRS Operations Team to ensure continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process of invoice authorisation.

Building up a relationship with our Network Providers in order to improve accuracy within invoice submissions.

Other general financial administrative duties as necessary to maintain the smooth-running of the department.

Person Specification Finance Administrator

The successful candidate will be able to work to strict monthly deadlines and should demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Hold a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy when dealing with volume transactions.

Experience of Access Dimensions (or a similar accounting package) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

Job Details

Salary: £26,436.80

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‐Friday

Location: Onsite, Claydon, Suffolk IP6 0FU

Start date: As soon as possible

Contract: Fixed Term Contract 6 months
