  • be registered with either BABCP or BPS
  • have a minimum of one year post‑qualification experience

Due to the expansion of our services, IPRS Health is looking for a self‑motivated and enthusiastic Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will remotely triage, assess and treat mental health patients with varying conditions using evidence‑based interventions. The role is based in the UK and fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and deliver outcome‑focused, evidence‑based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Deliver treatment to patients experiencing mild/moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Provide a range of support for evidence‑based treatments via telephone, media or typed communication.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in Low Intensity CBT.
  • Minimum of one year post‑qualification experience.
  • Registered with either BPS or BABCP.
  • Computer literacy with good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work with a team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
  • Problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication and time‑management skills.

Other Information

Salary on offer: £26,000 – £33,000 per annum FTE. The position offers fully remote working. Hours: 24–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – full or part‑time.
