We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to support, nurture, and grow our existing clients. This is a HYBRID position; applicants are required to be within easy reach of our Head Office in location IP6 0FU, attending the office 2 days per week.
As a Client Relationship Executive for IPRS Health, you will provide support to Client Relationship Managers to ensure that clients receive a service delivery that exceeds their contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Targets (KPTs). You will maintain a small client portfolio which can be managed virtually. Your success will help us continue to be recognized as a provider of choice when it comes to Physiotherapy and Mental Health Services.
Responsibilities- Maintain, develop, and retain IPRS Health client relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all key employees of a client linked directly or indirectly to the contracted service and update the CRM reporting tools within IPRS Health.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with each client’s key partners in relation to service delivery.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of referral manager training and other such days.
- Provide input to case studies and testimonials from the relationships developed with the clients of IPRS Health.
- Promote IPRS Health services within a client’s employee/referral basis.
- Present to existing clients using PowerPoint or other means as required.
- Maintain a Client Guide for each assigned client and review quarterly for relevance.
- Ensure contract extensions (where appropriate) are awarded.
- Liaise with other IPRS colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Act as a ‘conduit’ between the CRM/BD Team and the Operations Team.
- Work as a member of the Client Relations Support Team to manage Client Relations Telephone Number, Voicemail, and Inbox.
- Act as a point of contact during periods of colleagues’ annual leave/out of office.
- Ensure all client guide documents are updated and maintained.
- Ensure that any complaints or compliments are directed through the proper IPRS channels.
- Represent IPRS at all times in a professional and competent manner.
- Undertake any other duties as agreed upon for the post as required.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONEducation and Qualifications:- 9 GCSEs grade C or above (English and Maths essential), or equivalent.
- NVQ or A levels relevant to the role (Desirable).
- University Degree relevant to the role (i.e., Business) (Desirable).
- Practical understanding of business.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Full-time permanent position offering HYBRID working (2 days per week is office-based). Office location is IP6 0FU with free onsite parking. 40 hours per week Mon-Fri.
