We are recruiting a Clinical Case Coordinator to join our team based at our office in Gatwick, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical input on all IPRS Aeromed operations. This role requires acting as a key link between clinical and operational teams, ensuring that cases are managed with precision, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Screening flight manifests and assessing individuals\’ suitability to fly.
- Providing clinical input on all overseas operations.
- Assisting the Operations team with cases requiring clinical review.
- Supporting the Clinical Service Delivery Manager and deputising in their absence.
- Working as part of the wider clinical team.
- Participating in MDT discussions, supporting complex cases, manifest screening, and case referrals.
- Contributing to service improvement projects and supporting change initiatives.
- Adhering to CQC, HCPC/NMC codes, and NICE guidelines.
- Providing on-call support for urgent out-of-hours enquiries on a 1 in 4 rotation.

Qualifications:
- Current registration with HCPC (paramedic) or NMC (nurse)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in clinical triage, primary and secondary care, and remote/telephone triage
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills
- Ability to assess and respond to deteriorating patients remotely
- Decision-making skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
