The Role
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Location: WeWork Waterloo, London - Hybrid (At least couple of times per month)
Comp: Negotiable (Base) + Company Performance Bonus (10%) + EMI Options + UK iProov Benefits
iProov is looking for an experienced individual who’s passionate about building and leveraging emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to the market within the agentic context.
You will investigate third-party platforms, identify where human verification can be introduced, and build the adapters, APIs and approval flows needed to connect them with iProov. This will require both technical discovery and implementation.
How you can make an impact
- Design and implement APIs, adapters and user-facing flows that connect iProov’s verification services to external systems.
- Identify where human verification can be introduced and how its outcome should control access or authorisation.
- Ensure verification results are securely associated with the intended person and action.
- Develop proofs of concept and turn viable approaches into tested, documented integrations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Innovation and Engineering to resolve technical constraints and prioritise delivery.
What we would like to see from you
- Strong understanding and experience in architecting full stack solutions that span different technologies
- Node JS (or equivalent backend experience)
- Typescript
- Knowledge and experience with HTTP, JSON, G-RPC
- Strong soft skills
- Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Use of GCP or AWS or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of OIDC and OAuth
Nice-to-haves
- Cryptography adjacent interest and experience
- Prior experience with PAM solutions
- Embedded webview or experience with iframes or non standard web integrations
