The Role Reports to : Head of Corporate Marketing Location : WeWork HQ, Waterloo – Hybrid (minimum once in the office per week) Contract Type: Maternity Cover – 12 month FTC The Corporate Marketing Manager, Brand & Design is responsible for managing the iProov brand image by creating impactful strategies for its growth. This is achieved through the ongoing evolution of the visual identity and positioning of the brand, while supporting the Marketing teams and wider business by ensuring that iProov conveys the right brand impact to its customers, partners, and prospects at every touchpoint. How you’ll make an impact Extract, clean, and analyse data from various sources, with a focus on delivering actionable insights. Leading the development of iProov’s visual brand identity, ensuring ongoing refreshes of approach and execution Carrying out brand research, externally and internally, to monitor iProov’s brand position and ensure it is evolving in the right way, suggesting adjustments where needed Overseeing the timely delivery of high quality marketing design work to support the Marketing teams in generating engagement, leads and pipeline with striking, polished creative Maintaining brand guidelines and communicating them internally and externally (for example to the channel), ensuring consistency Enabling the Marketing team to create polished marketing materials themselves, with playbooks and other training materials Suggesting new ideas for content formats Working with the People and other teams to build internal advocacy for the iProov brand Working with the Partner team to build channel advocacy for the iProov brand Liaising with the Product team to ensure design and brand consistency with the iProov product suite Managing brand assets, to ensure version updates are completed and older versions are removed Managing all budgets relating to brand and design, ensuring POs are raised, budgets are adhered to, and maximum value for money is delivered Leading the design team, ensuring high quality work as well as skills and career development for internal designers Benefits 25 days Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays – You can carry over up to 5 days each year, additionally you will receive an extra day’s holiday for each year’s service up to a maximum of 5.
