Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Specialist who operates beyond traditional design and can take ownership of product thinking, user experience, and design delivery. This role requires someone who can take high-level direction from stakeholders, expand it into fully structured product solutions, and deliver complete, developer-ready designs. You will play a key role in shaping the product by thinking through logic, identifying gaps, and ensuring all scenarios are considered before development begins.

Core Responsibility

  • Take briefs from stakeholders or founders
  • Expand them into complete product flows and system logic
  • Identify all possible scenarios, edge cases, and dependencies
  • Conduct research to validate design decisions
  • Produce clear, structured design proposals for approval
  • Own the design process from concept through to final delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user journeys and workflows
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Translate ideas into developer-ready designs with clear logic
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine and challenge requirements
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation
  • Maintain consistency across the entire product and design system
  • Continuously improve usability through feedback and iteration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in UI/UX design within SaaS or complex systems
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma
  • Ability to design complete flows and system interactions, not just screens
  • Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and usability
  • Experience working closely with product teams and developers
  • Ability to quickly understand and build on existing systems
  • Product Thinking (Essential)
  • Able to translate vague ideas into structured solutions
  • Thinks in systems, not isolated features
  • Anticipates real-world usage and edge cases
  • Balances user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills across stakeholders and technical teams
  • Confident in presenting ideas and explaining design decisions
  • Able to challenge assumptions and guide discussions
  • Acts as a bridge between business, product, and engineering

Key Attributes (Non-Negotiable)

  • Highly intuitive – quickly understands complex systems
  • Hands-on – takes ownership and delivers end-to-end
  • High integrity – reliable, accountable, and detail-focused
  • Proactive – identifies issues before they arise
  • Solution-driven – brings answers, not just problems

Language Requirement

  • Minimum B2 level English (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Must be able to clearly communicate complex ideas, logic, and reasoning
  • Confident in leading discussions and presenting solutions

What Success Looks Like

  • Takes a brief and delivers a complete, structured solution
  • Produces designs that require minimal clarification from developers
  • Reduces back-and-forth by thinking through all scenarios upfront

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Canva, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
