Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Specialist who operates beyond traditional design and can take ownership of product thinking, user experience, and design delivery. This role requires someone who can take high-level direction from stakeholders, expand it into fully structured product solutions, and deliver complete, developer-ready designs. You will play a key role in shaping the product by thinking through logic, identifying gaps, and ensuring all scenarios are considered before development begins.
Core Responsibility
- Take briefs from stakeholders or founders
- Expand them into complete product flows and system logic
- Identify all possible scenarios, edge cases, and dependencies
- Conduct research to validate design decisions
- Produce clear, structured design proposals for approval
- Own the design process from concept through to final delivery

- Design end-to-end user journeys and workflows
