An international bank in the City of London is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Operations Specialist to join its Receivable Finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Daily administration of Receivable Financing facilities under Master Agreements
- Reviewing trade finance documentation and supporting payment positioning and releases
- Maintaining accurate records, reconciliations (Nostro and accounts), and MI reporting
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About you:
- 10+ years’ banking experience in Trade Finance/Loans operations
- Strong Excel and Word skills; PowerPoint desirable
- Solid understanding of Trade Finance products, credit, and compliance
- Accurate, methodical, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Banking qualifications (LIBF / CSCF / CITF) desirable
- Foreign language skills an advantage
