We’re recruiting for two permanent Client Services Executive positions within a London-based wealth and investment management business. These are excellent opportunities for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail and wants to develop a career within financial services.

Location: London | Hybrid working available

Contract: Permanent

We’re open to candidates at different stages of their career, including straight graduates who can demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

The role:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and intermediaries
  • Responding to client queries and handling instructions accurately and professionally
  • Supporting client onboarding, including KYC and suitability processes
  • Preparing meeting packs and client presentation materials
  • Producing quarterly client valuations and supporting reporting requirements
  • Coordinating with Operations, Risk & Compliance and other internal teams
  • Processing client payments following appropriate verification checks
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Supporting the smooth transition of new clients into the business
  • Providing general administrative and office support where required

What we’re looking for:

You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail. Previous office experience would be beneficial, and experience within financial services, wealth management or an IFA environment would be an advantage — but it isn’t essential. We’re also happy to consider recent graduates who have the potential, professionalism and enthusiasm to develop within the role.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
  • Can manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Is naturally proactive and client-focused
  • Enjoys learning and developing new skills
  • Has a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Is confident asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
  • Looks for ways to improve processes and the client experience

An IOC Investment Operations Certificate (Level 3) or willingness to work towards this would be advantageous. If you’re looking for a role where you can build strong financial services experience, develop your client management skills and work alongside experienced professionals, we’d be interested in hearing from you. Please get in touch to find out more or to discuss the opportunities confidentially.
